Textbook Return Policy

The last day for a full refund / exchange is:

Friday, January 13th, 2012

*no refunds on DECEMBER-mester books*

                    A COPY OF YOUR SCHEDULE MAY BE REQUIRED                    (Print before you drop!)

Textbooks cannot be returned or exchanged after the last day for a full refund.  All returns / exchanges must be accompanied by a cash register receipt

• New books must remain in original condition, otherwise they will be refunded at the USED price

• Shrink-wrapped books must remain in original shrink wrap (opened shrink-wrapped books are NOT returnable)

• Books containing access codes or passwords must be unopened

• All stickers (price, USED, etc.) must remain on the book

Books purchased with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the account of original purchase ONLY; the credit card and original credit card receipt must be presented.

Defective books will be replaced.

*This return policy also applies to RENTED textbooks

**Books purchased for schools other than KSU are NOT eligible for refund/exchange

**Books purchased on or after Friday, January 13th may NOT be returned/exchanged

Other Merchandise

No returns on supplies, calculators, electronics, Quick Studies, SALE items, reference books, test prep, or other materials.

No returns on Continuing Education books.

Nursing Supplies may be returned UNOPENED within one week

Soft goods may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within one week of original purchase if accompanied by a cash register receipt with all original tags/stickers intact.
